Privacy Policy
This page sets out what WAVIA LLC (Japan) collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. It covers waviatrading.com.

What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the Request for Quotation (RFQ) form, we receive the company name, your name, your email address, the destination country, the product category, the description you write and any photos you attach. If you email us, we receive whatever is in your message.
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry, find what you’ve asked for and give you a quote. We may also get in touch later about related products we think you’d find interesting.
We don’t sell your data. If you’d rather we only contact you about your inquiry, tell us at contact@waviatrading.com and we will stop.
Who else sees it
To source a product, we contact makers and suppliers in Japan and tell them what’s being asked for: the product, the quantity and the destination country. We don’t pass on your name, company name or email address unless you ask us to.
Form submissions reach us by email through Netlify, which hosts this site. Netlify also keeps a copy in our account until we delete it. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Neither service uses the data for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence about an inquiry while it’s open and for two years after, so we can help with a repeat order. Then we delete it.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner, or to tell you what we hold. Just write to contact@waviatrading.com.
